About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Delivery Manager to join our team at Today's Harvest. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our software products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage release schedules to ensure timely delivery of software products
  • Identify opportunities for improving our software delivery systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement those improvements
  • Manage delivery risks and issues, and take corrective action to ensure delivery of high-quality software products
  • Communicate delivery status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including product management and engineering teams
  • Coordinate monitoring of production issues and issue response processes to ensure minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction
  • Manage delivery metric collection, ensuring accuracy and currency to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure that applications being delivered meet customer requirements and are validated for quality and functionality
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
  • ~3+ years of experience in delivery management for mobile and/or client applications
  • Strong project and program management skills, including experience with project management tools and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with monitoring/observability systems and ability to troubleshoot issues
