About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to join our PreCon team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop key customer relationships to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide technical leadership and support to customers to help them understand the benefits of using precast concrete products
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and technical skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience working in the precast concrete industry, with knowledge of products and applications
