Document Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Document Coordinator Specialist to join our team at Viewpoint. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations by coordinating and managing medical documents.
Responsibilities:
- Review and verify medical documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with referral sources to ensure timely receipt of documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date document tracking systems.
- Collaborate with assessors to ensure seamless document exchange.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance document management efficiency.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in document management, administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Medium to advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
