Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Document Coordinator Specialist to join our team at Viewpoint. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations by coordinating and managing medical documents.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and verify medical documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with referral sources to ensure timely receipt of documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date document tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with assessors to ensure seamless document exchange.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance document management efficiency.

Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in document management, administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Medium to advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
