SEO Coordinator Job Description

At VERB Interactive, we're seeking a skilled SEO Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in helping our clients improve their search engine rankings through optimization strategies and technical SEO recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform SEO activities, including keyword research, competitor analysis, content optimization, and website performance analysis.
  • Maintain SEO keyword trends charts and utilize site scanning tools to identify and fix technical SEO issues.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies, including site architecture, on-page, off-page, and local SEO, to improve clients' visibility in search results.
  • Collaborate with our SEO Strategist to coordinate SEO tasks for multiple clients and ensure seamless execution.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO and integrated marketing trends, and continuously think of ways to improve our SEO strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of SEO experience.
  • Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with technical SEO tools, such as Screaming Frog and DeepCrawl, and keyword tools, like SEMRush and Ahrefs.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, including WordPress and Drupal.
  • Demonstrated ability to write and create content for SEO and social media.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
