At VERB Interactive, we're passionate about helping our clients succeed in the digital landscape. As a Local SEO Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in improving our clients' online presence and driving more customers to their businesses.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating and publishing content on Google Business Profile, auditing and updating citation sites, and monitoring local SEO keywords. You'll also work closely with our Accounts team and other departments to ensure seamless execution of local SEO strategies.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in local SEO, excellent communication skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends. If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and publish content on Google Business Profile, including selecting images and writing and editing posts
  • Audit and update citation sites across the internet
  • Monitor local SEO keywords and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Work closely with the Accounts team and other departments to ensure seamless execution of local SEO strategies
Requirements
  • 2+ years of local SEO experience
  • Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience managing Google Business Profile listings and/or social media campaigns
  • Experience managing local SEO efforts for multiple clients (travel and hospitality focus an asset)
