Job Title: Dog Grooming Establishment Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dog Grooming Establishment Manager to join our team at 1339357 B.C. Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dog grooming facility, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Plan and control budgets and inventory to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to relocate for this position.
  • Relocation costs covered by employer.
Work Environment:

Our dog grooming facility is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is crucial. You will be working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking positions.
