Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dog Grooming Establishment Manager to join our team at 1339357 B.C. Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dog grooming facility, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and high-quality customer service.
    • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of dog groomers and support staff.
    • Monitor and control budgets, inventory, and resources to optimize business performance.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and are satisfied with our products and services.
  • Business Development
    • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve business efficiency.
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a dog grooming establishment or related field.
  • Work Setting
    • Relocation costs covered by employer.
    • Willing to relocate for this position.
