About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dog Grooming Establishment Manager to join our team at 1339357 B.C. Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dog grooming business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
    • Plan and control budgets and inventory to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 1 to 2 people, with the potential to expand to 3-4 people.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Client focus and excellent oral communication skills are essential for this role.
    • Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and judgement are also required.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Relocation costs are covered by the employer.
  • Willingness to relocate for this position.
