Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations and Logistics: Plan and control the budget and inventory of our dog grooming facility, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Staff Development: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide exceptional customer service and meet the needs of our canine clients.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a dog grooming or related field.
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer, willing to relocate.
