We are a reputable dog grooming establishment seeking a highly skilled and experienced manager to oversee our daily operations.

Job Summary

The Dog Grooming Establishment Manager will be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures for staff, planning and controlling budget and inventory, hiring, training, and supervising staff, addressing customer complaints or concerns, and planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality dog grooming services.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure the financial stability and growth of the business.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner to maintain a positive reputation for the business.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate for this position, relocation costs covered by employer.
  • Supervision: 1 to 2 people, 3-4 people.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, attention to detail.
  • Own Tools/Equipment: Cellular phone, computer.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, team player.
