About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for all customers.
  • Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training to new staff members, and participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
