Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Inventory Management

Quality Control

Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring that all dishes meet our quality control standards.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.

Work Environment

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role

Skills
