Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Staff

Lead and motivate a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and waste is minimized.

Ensure Quality Control

Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service, ensuring that all food and service meet our quality control standards.

Prepare Budgets and Reports

Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators, as well as prepare budgets and cost estimates for menu items and supplies.

Address Customer Complaints

Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.

Language and Communication

Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.

Work Environment

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
