About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation

Oversee the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards and presented in a clean and appealing manner.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide training and guidance to our food preparation staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control standards.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

Customer Service

Provide excellent customer service, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Team Leadership

Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Work Schedules

Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
