Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Monitor food quality and service to meet quality control standards.
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations and staff performance.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
