Tattoo Service Supervisor Job Description

At ONCE PIERCING & BEAUTY, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tattoo Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our tattoo studio, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring that they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Plan and control budget and inventory, ensuring that we are operating within our means and meeting our financial targets.
  • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, ensuring that we are getting the best value for our money.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that we are providing a positive experience for all clients.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
