Tattoo Studio Manager Job Description

The Fountainhead tattoo Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and organized Tattoo Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our studio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our business, from managing staff and inventory to planning and controlling our budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Evaluate and plan daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum productivity.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to maintain a high level of customer service and quality work.
  • Inventory and Budget Management: Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure the studio runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, team player, ability to multitask, and hardworking.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced studio environment with a team of experienced tattoo artists. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 30 to 40 hours per week.
