Job Description

The Medical Lab Support Specialist will be responsible for obtaining quality blood samples and other specimens from patients, as well as conducting patient tests. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively.

The ideal candidate will have completed secondary school and a laboratory assistant training program or a medical lab assistance course with specialized training in phlebotomy. Proficiency in English is essential, as is the ability to communicate instructions clearly and understandably to patients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
