Nurse Specialist Opportunity in Emergency Medicine

Greenstaff Medical Canada is seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients in emergency settings. We offer a competitive salary package that includes $60-$65 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay at 1.5 times the hourly rate for more than 80 hours bi-weekly. In addition, our relocation assistance program provides support for travel and accommodation costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality care to patients in hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and home care environments.
  • Utilize expertise in senior care, pediatrics, and medication administration to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Work Details:
  • No less than 36 hours of work per week.
  • Relocation assistance provided.
  • Schedule includes 12 hour shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, holidays, Monday to Friday, morning shifts, night shifts, on call, overtime, and weekends as needed.
Benefits:
  • Free accommodation throughout the contract period.
  • One-time travel coverage for both ways as relocation assistance after completing 100 shift hours.
Requirements:
  • RN License of British Columbia for eligibility to practice in the province.
  • Certifications including BLS (Basic Life Support), CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), ACLS, and CTAS.
  • Immunization Record including MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Two-Step TB (or Chest X-Ray if two-step TB is not available).
  • Two professional references with their designations, both of whom should be supervisors.
