Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Programmer/Analyst - Salesforce to join our team at Hydro Ottawa. As a strategic thinker, you will be responsible for the configuration, customization, and ongoing support of our Salesforce Service Cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, and page layouts.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality.
  • Stay up-to-date on Salesforce releases and new features.
  • Maintain and apply knowledge of the application landscape, partnering with technical and functional staff to improve usage of Salesforce.
  • Coordinate and/or facilitate delivery of updates to existing solutions or implementation of new solutions through adherence to best practices for change management.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • A combination of formal training and relevant experience may substitute for academic requirement.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Salesforce administration.
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and/or Lightning Web Components.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience considered an asset.
