Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Recollective Inc. Our company is a leading provider of online research software, and we are looking for a talented individual to help us manage our CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform.
- Implement processes, automations, and other new or enhanced features when necessary.
- Identify and evaluate Salesforce efficiency, helping to outline potential opportunities to streamline and improve processes.
- Review, test, and plan Salesforce regular release and packaged app updates.
- Work with integrated applications, including AWS Connect, Adobe Sign, Conga, Celigo, NetSuite, LinkSquares, Gong, Outreach, and Mailchimp.
- University degree/diploma in a technical subject.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Certified Salesforce Administrator.
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including custom objects and fields, page layouts, roles and permissions, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, approval processes, flows, custom settings, and mobile administration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and data management abilities.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication skills, and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
