Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Recollective Inc. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a systems administrator for the Salesforce environment
  • Handle all basic to intermediate administrative functions, including user account maintenance, permissions, public groups, sharing rules, reports, and dashboards
  • Implement processes, automations, and other new or enhanced features when necessary
  • Identify and evaluate Salesforce efficiency, helping to outline potential opportunities to streamline and improve processes
  • Review, test, and plan Salesforce regular release and packaged app updates
  • Work with integrated applications, including AWS Connect, Adobe Sign, Conga, Celigo, NetSuite, LinkSquares, Gong, Outreach, and Mailchimp
Requirements:
  • University degree/diploma in a technical subject
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including custom objects and fields, page layouts, roles and permissions, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, approval processes, flows, custom settings, and mobile administration
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and data management abilities
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication skills, and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
