Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Recollective Inc. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for managing our Salesforce environment, ensuring its smooth operation, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, public groups, sharing rules, reports, and dashboards
  • Build and optimize flows, page layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, validation rules, and other tasks
  • Troubleshoot system issues and outages
  • Implement processes, automations, and new features
  • Perform regular audits of Production/Sandbox environments
  • Identify and evaluate Salesforce efficiency opportunities
  • Review, test, and plan Salesforce regular release and packaged app updates
  • Communicate platform changes to end users and management
  • Technical documentation
  • Integrate applications including AWS Connect, Adobe Sign, Conga, Celigo, NetSuite, LinkSquares, Gong, Outreach, and Mailchimp
Requirements:
  • University degree/diploma in a technical subject
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including custom objects and fields, page layouts, roles and permissions, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, approval processes, flows, custom settings, mobile administration
  • Strong understanding of best practices and functionality
  • Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience
  • Strong data management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Developer experience including APEX
  • Experience integrating apps and third-party services into complex Salesforce environments
  • Experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, and interacting with business users
  • Experience working with Salesforce Billing and CPQ modules
