Job Description

Zigbee Technology Solutions Ltd. is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our clients have a positive experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or in-person, resolving technical issues and ensuring that clients have a positive experience with our products and services.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical issues, identifying and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, including technical issues and resolutions.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and concise information and ensuring that clients understand technical issues and resolutions.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer systems and software.
Work Environment

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment, responding to technical issues and providing support to clients. You will be required to work independently, using your problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues and ensure that clients have a positive experience with our products and services.
