We are a prominent company within the RSK Group, a globally recognized organization with a vast network of companies and employees worldwide.

Currently, we are seeking a skilled Civil Project Engineer with a focus on Infrastructure engineering to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will be involved in a range of projects in the UK, Ireland, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and oversee infrastructure projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Prepare feasibility studies, route selections, and concept design reports to inform project decisions.
  • Develop technical specifications and contract documents to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage documentation for approvals and permits to minimize project delays.
  • Administer contracts during the construction phase to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Develop project plans with budgets and schedules to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Ensure project compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure quality control.
  • Review technical reports and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Track project costs and manage risks to minimize financial losses.
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in consulting or similar roles with a focus on civil engineering.
  • Willingness to work on various civil engineering projects in the UK and Ireland.
  • Proficiency in report writing and Microsoft Office to ensure effective communication.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and regulations to ensure project compliance.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure design and analysis software to inform project decisions.
  • Familiarity with Construction Contract Forms to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Excellent project management skills to ensure timely completion and within budget.
