About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Trusser Construction. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our office staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
    • Oversee and coordinate payroll administration.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Train staff on administrative procedures and policies.
  • Computer and Technology
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
  • Work Environment
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Education and Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
