Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at 2359983 Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
    • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
    • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Office Management
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
    • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
    • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Efficient interpersonal skills
  • Time Management and Organization
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Organized and able to maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
  • Work Environment
    • 35 to 40 hours per week
