About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at SANDHU DRYWALL SERVICES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the office team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year
    • or equivalent experience
  • Supervision
