About our team:
Our team is responsible for addressing the scaled marketing needs of advertising customers. We work closely with Amazon Ads partners, agencies, and solution providers to enable easy and fast data access, analytics, and scaled campaign management. Our goal is to improve advertising customers' ROI with Amazon Ads and reduce their cost of doing business with Amazon. We're continuously experimenting with new startup initiatives to serve our customers' evolving needs.
About this role:
As a Principal TPM in Reporting, you'll own the technical plan and roadmap for Reporting Experiences, including Engines and APIs. You'll manage priorities for a team of 30 and work closely with cross-organizational programs to remove reporting as a bottleneck for business. Your technical proficiency and high judgment will enable you to successfully manage reporting contracts and SLAs with 40+ active 1P clients of reporting, including tier-1 advertiser experiences like campaign management across all ad products offered by Amazon Ads. You'll be responsible for the program's operational health, including defining key metrics, monitoring them, and making necessary improvements. You'll also own program-level updates and communication to executive leadership.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience designing or architecting new and existing systems
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
- Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules
