We offer three publicly available products: Amazon Marketing Stream, Rapid Retail Analytics, and Bulk operations. We continuously experiment with new startup initiatives to serve our customers' evolving needs.

About This Role:

The Principal TPM in Reporting would own the technical plan and roadmap for Reporting Experiences, including Engines and APIs, along with a portfolio of cross-organizational programs. They will manage priorities for the Reporting Experiences team of 30 and ensure the successful management of reporting contracts and SLAs with 40+ active 1P clients.

This L7 TPM will own three strategic programs to remove reporting as a bottleneck for business expansion, growth, and cost. The Principal Technical Program Manager role is critical to the success of the program, helping build new scaled marketing initiatives from the ground up and growing existing initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a passionate self-starter who can evolve our internal operating mechanisms and invent new ones to support the needs of our growing organization. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity and obsessed with driving clarity, creating structure, and building mechanisms for an operationally efficient org.

Requirements:

  1. 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
  2. 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  3. Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
  4. 5+ years of software development experience
  5. Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems
  6. 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience

Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 per year, depending on experience
