We are seeking a talented Principal Technical Program Manager to join our Amazon Flex team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our delivery systems, ensuring they meet the high standards of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute technical strategies to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and services
- Lead the development of vehicle routing solvers and pricing models to optimize delivery decisions
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new systems and services
What You'll Need:
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
