About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Dr. Henry Onyegbule Medicine Professional Corporation. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of the office, including ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
  • Human Resources: Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff members, as well as the management of employee relations.
  • Financial Management: Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial reports, as well as the management of office expenses.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the management team and other departments, ensuring that all communication is clear and effective.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
