About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Hamilton Dental. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various administrative services to ensure the smooth operation of our dental practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Services Coordination
    • Coordinate and manage administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative functions.
  • Department Evaluation and Improvement
    • Evaluate the operations of the administrative department and identify areas for improvement.
  • Financial Management
    • Collect and record administrative and service fees.
  • Planning and Budgeting
    • Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial plans.
  • Research and Development
    • Conduct research to identify best practices and improve administrative services.
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services.
  • Human Resources
    • Interview, hire, and provide training for staff.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in administrative services management.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
