Administrative Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Hamilton Dental. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various administrative services to ensure the smooth operation of our dental practice.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Services Coordination
- Coordinate and manage administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative functions.
- Department Evaluation and Improvement
- Evaluate the operations of the administrative department and identify areas for improvement.
- Financial Management
- Collect and record administrative and service fees.
- Planning and Budgeting
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial plans.
- Research and Development
- Conduct research to identify best practices and improve administrative services.
- Leadership and Supervision
- Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services.
- Human Resources
- Interview, hire, and provide training for staff.
- Reporting and Communication
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in administrative services management.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
