- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information about the work being performed and the estimated time and cost of repairs.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques in the automotive industry, attending training sessions and workshops as needed.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
- Automotive Service Technician certification (310S or higher).
- Proven knowledge and experience with automotive mechanical operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and able to work productively with minimal supervision.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
