As an Asset Manager at Drax, you will be responsible for developing and deploying policies and procedures that include maintenance planning, outage support, mechanical integrity, and asset management best practices. Key responsibilities include supporting the implementation of the Drax safety culture and managing the Asset Management Team to ensure key performance metrics are met.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong safety mindset, with a focus on results, and have a proven track record of successfully implementing Reliability Centered Maintenance Programs. Experience using CMMS programs is essential, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.
This role offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $137,500, plus performance bonuses and benefits. You will join a supportive team environment where continuous learning and growth are encouraged.
