Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Brandon Nails Salon and Spa.

Job Summary

The Spa Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa, ensuring that all clients receive exceptional service and that our team members are trained and equipped to provide the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional and timely manner
  • Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, ensuring that our spa maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting areas of success and areas for improvement
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our spa team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Facilitate facials and other spa treatments, ensuring that all clients receive a relaxing and rejuvenating experience
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring that our spa runs smoothly and efficiently
Supervision
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
