Job Title: Spa Supervisor

At Brandon Nails Salon and Spa, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of spa professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with special needs and provide personalized service
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them with professionalism
  • Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting areas of improvement and success
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of spa staff, ensuring seamless operations
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Facilitate facials and other spa treatments, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient use of resources
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a spa or related field
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30-40 hours of work per week
