Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Brandon Nails Salon and Spa. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Services: Assist clients with special needs, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
  • Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of spa staff, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Facilities and Operations: Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, prepare and submit progress reports, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and establish work schedules and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a spa or related environment.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position with a regular schedule. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
