Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Brandon Nails Salon and Spa. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional client experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Services: Assist clients with special needs, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Facilities and Operations: Oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items, establish work schedules and procedures, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit progress and other reports, and be the point of contact for emergency situations.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
