Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Assist clients with special needs, providing personalized attention and care to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
- Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and professionally to ensure the well-being of our clients and staff.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of our spa facilities, including specialty and difficult items, to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit progress reports, as well as other administrative tasks, to support the smooth operation of our spa.
- Supply Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain our spa facilities and provide excellent customer service.
- Problem-Solving and Training: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our spa staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful operation of our facilities.
- Facial Services: Provide facial services to our clients, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of our spa facilities and provide excellent customer service.
You will be working with a team of 3-4 people, and will be responsible for supervising and coordinating their activities. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The working hours are 30 to 40 hours per week.
