Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting role evaluations and contributing to recruitment plans to attract top talent
- Producing job offers and conducting reference checks

- Developing and delivering presentations for internal business, facilitating workgroups, training sessions, and meetings
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Post-secondary education and accreditation with HR specialty
- Completion of or working towards CHRP designation
- 3 years of HR experience
- Bilingual in English and French
- Professional services industry experience is considered an asset
