Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting role evaluations and contributing to recruitment plans to attract top talent
  • Producing job offers and conducting reference checks
  • Managing employee data records, including payroll and HRIS updates
  • Providing support to team members and leaders on various human capital issues, including policies, compliance, employee relations, problem resolution, total rewards, and performance management
  • Developing and delivering presentations for internal business, facilitating workgroups, training sessions, and meetings

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Post-secondary education and accreditation with HR specialty
  • Completion of or working towards CHRP designation
  • 3 years of HR experience
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Professional services industry experience is considered an asset

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development.
