Job Title: Receptionist/Office Clerk About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Office Clerk to join our team at Randstad Canada. Key Responsibilities: * Answer and direct telephone calls * Respond to inquiries by email or telephone * Act as point of contact for internal and external customers * Data entry (in-house system) * Entering payables * Manage administrative requests and queries from senior managers * Assist in the preparation of regular reports * Generate reports * Develop and maintain a filing system * Perform administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, etc. Requirements: * Bilingual; French & English (written and spoken) * 1-2 years of experience in a similar role * Strong Microsoft office skills (word, excel) * Strong data entry skills * Someone who adapts quickly and is resourceful What We Offer: * Benefits after 3 months * 3 weeks vacation * 35 hour work week * 100% in office * Great company environment About Us: Randstad Canada is committed to fostering a workforce reflective of all peoples of Canada.
