Part-Time Receptionist and Store Clerk Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced receptionist to join our client's team in Ville Saint-Laurent. This part-time, permanent role offers a unique blend of responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a varied work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Receptionist (2 days per week): Greet and direct visitors, handle and transfer incoming calls, and perform administrative tasks.
- Store Clerk (Thursdays only): Manage and organize the employee store, maintain product displays, track inventory, complete customer transactions, and balance the register.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable lifting boxes weighing up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time while working in the store
- Comfortable working in the cold when restocking products in the fridges
- Experience as a receptionist or administrative clerk
- Proficient in MS Office and IT tools
- Bilingual in French and English (oral and written)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Starting salary: $21/h
- Schedule: only Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
- Get paid weekly
