About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team at Brand Momentum. As a key member of our Canadian Marketing and Sales teams, you will provide administrative and marketing support to drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior leadership team, including coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, and vendor management.
  • Manage and coordinate product sample needs for the Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Process and update reports through internal systems or Excel templates, including trackers, financials, and pricing.
  • Lead the planning and coordination of meetings, conferences, and agency engagements, including travel logistics and vendor negotiations.
  • Facilitate Canada Communications, including Town Hall coordination and Leadership Communications.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date portfolio merchandising guides and UPC booklets for Sales and Retail Teams.
  • Provide support for Corporate and/or local-based projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2-5 years of Marketing & Sales Coordinator or Administrative support in a corporate environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong sustainable business relationships at various levels throughout the organization and with agencies, vendors, and customers
  • Intermediate to expert level proficiency in Outlook and advanced computer skills using Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Experience arranging travel, meetings, catering, and general office organization
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • A demonstrated ability to act independently, organize workload, set priorities, work well under deadline pressures, adapt to change, and handle confidential material with superb accuracy
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, prioritization, organization, project management, budget management, and tracking
  • Ability to exercise independent problem-solving and decision-making with a high degree of initiative and self-coordination
  • Comfortable in a changing work environment
  • Ability to travel 5% of the time
