We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Associate to join our team at DECIEM. This role will be based out of our Head Office in Liberty Village and will offer candidates the ability to work a hybrid model, 2-days a week in-office and 3-days a week work-from-home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead packaging creation for new product development, commercial expansion, and brand enhancements.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance for all DECIEM packaging in all markets.
  • Review and manage website text for existing products, including ingredient lists, directions, warnings, and marketing information.
  • Support review and implementation of enhanced website compliance, including claims and other regulatory information.
  • Review internal and external marketing language, including technical communications, marketing materials, and training tools.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Manage global extended producer responsibilities, including the submission of reports and payment of fees.
  • Support sustainability initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of cosmetic, NHP, and OTC packaging requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Relevant education in Regulatory Affairs, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacology, or another relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
