We are seeking a highly skilled Associate, Regulatory Affairs to support our Scientific team in product registrations and commercial expansion. This role will be based out of our Head Office in Liberty Village and offers a hybrid work schedule.

This position will focus on assembling registration dossiers, creating labels, and coordinating stakeholders. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be extremely well organized, and have a strong understanding of cosmetic databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and submit dossiers for registrations.
  • Create labels and work instructions.
  • Complete finished product notifications/registrations in primary and growth markets.
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate stakeholders.
  • Notarize, legalize, and apostille documents.
  • Coordinate NDAs and service agreements.
  • Coordinate trademark applications.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Relevant education in Regulatory Affairs, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacology, or another relevant field.
  • Understanding of cosmetic databases such as INCI, PCPC, and CosIng.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple, concurrent, and often global projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and Extremely well organized and detail oriented.
  • Familiarity with PLM, ERP, and QMS applications used in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or related industry.
