We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Associate to join our team at Deciem. This role will be responsible for leading packaging creation for new product development, commercial expansion, and brand enhancements. The successful candidate will also maintain regulatory compliance for all Deciem packaging in all markets, review and manage website text, and support review and implementation of enhanced website compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead packaging creation for new product development, commercial expansion, and brand enhancements.
- Maintain regulatory compliance for all Deciem packaging in all markets.
- Review and manage website text for existing products.
- Support review and implementation of enhanced website compliance.
- Review internal and external marketing language.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Manage global extended producer responsibilities.
- Support sustainability initiatives.
Requirements
- Understanding of cosmetic, NHP, and OTC packaging requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment.
- Relevant education in Regulatory Affairs, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacology, or another relevant field.
