Regulatory Affairs Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Associate to support the product registrations and commercial expansion of our existing and new brands.
This role will involve coordinating, assembling, and submitting dossiers for registrations, creating labels and work instructions, and managing project timelines and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assemble registration dossiers for product registrations and commercial expansion.
- Create labels and work instructions for products.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate stakeholders, including Regulatory Affairs, Project Management, and Commercial Expansion teams.
- Notarize, legalize, and apostille documents as required.
- Coordinate NDAs and service agreements.
- Coordinate trademark applications.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Relevant education in Regulatory Affairs, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Understanding of cosmetic databases such as INCI, PCPC, and CosIng.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple, concurrent, and often global projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and extremely well organized and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with PLM, ERP, and QMS applications used in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or related industries.
