About the Role

ECW Holdings Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Executive Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. This role involves leading a team, managing kitchen operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve overall performance
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning and inventory management
  • Set staff work schedules and assign duties as needed
  • Supervise staff, including training and performance reviews
  • Conduct health and safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
  • Manage events and functions, including catering and beverage services
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Compensation
