We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at beBee Professionals in London. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations and play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and driving the restaurant's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily running of the restaurant, including managing staff and scheduling to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, resulting in increased sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to optimize profitability and minimize waste.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities that boost restaurant sales and enhance the brand image.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of employees.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A strong understanding of food safety regulations and business management principles.
